The LB1120 does work good enough to get a WAN connection and has a nice visible signal meter. It lacks in terms of band compatibility and lousy TS-9 connectors work similar to a compression fitting so a coax cable can come easily unplugged.
While the LB1120 may not be suitable for LMR-400 coax, it does host rubber duck whip style antenna's fairly well which work great within close proximity of a cellular tower. Additionally, a thinner coax would work with this device's TS-9 compression fittings better than LMR-400.
